Offroad Animal Predator Bull Bar – Ford Ranger Super Duty

The Predator gives the Ranger Super Duty proper front-end protection without hanging an unnecessarily heavy bar off the front of a vehicle that still needs to carry tools, equipment and payload.

It provides the structure for a 15,000lb winch, additional lighting and optional upper hoops, while retaining the Super Duty’s factory tow points and bash plate.

Vehicle Fitment

Designed for the Ford Ranger Super Duty.

The Predator is:

• ADR compliant
• Airbag compatible
• Full bumper replacement
• Compatible with the factory tow points
• Compatible with the factory bash plate

The factory bumper does not need to be cut, although the flares do require trimming during installation.

Weight & Front-End Fit

Offroad Animal lists the Predator as adding approximately 35kg to the vehicle.

The bar sits approximately 190mm forward of the grille, keeping the front protection relatively compact while maintaining useful ground clearance.

Winch Setup

The integrated winch mounting system is rated for winches up to 15,000lb and suits almost all common winches, including the Warn Zeon.

A mesh fairlead mount and number plate flip are supplied as part of the setup.

Lighting Options

The Predator gives you several options for integrating lighting into the front of the Super Duty.

The main bar can take compatible single-row LED light bars, with a 22" Offroad Animal light bar being one of the recommended setups.

Each wing can also retain the factory fog lights or be configured with:

• Up to 2 x cube lights per side
• Up to an 8" LED light bar per side

Lighting is sold separately.

A range of bolt-on upper hoops is available depending on the lighting setup you want:

  Suits a 20–22" single-row LED light bar

• Type D Wide Stealth Hoop – TB-COM-PR-WD-ASM0
  Suits a 30–32" single-row LED light bar

• ORA 9" Ass Kicker Rally Hoop – TB-COM-RAL-ORA-2X9-ASM0

• ORA 7" Butt Kicker Rally Hoop – TB-COM-RAL-ORA-2X7-ASM0

• STEDI Type-X EVO 8.5" Rally Hoop – TB-COM-RAL-STE-2XEVO-ASM0

• Quad Rally Hoop – TB-COM-RAL-ORA-QUAD-ASM0

• Type D Wide Round Hoop – TB-COM-PR-WD-RND-ASM0

When fitting the Type D Wide Round Hoop to the Ranger Super Duty, 11CAT1M-2 indicator repeaters are also required.

Construction & Finish

The Predator uses a one-piece welded steel bar with welded wing supports.

It is zinc plated before being finished in matte black powder coat for corrosion protection.

Colour coding is also available.

Hi-lift jacking points are incorporated into the bar.
