Refunds & Returns Policy for 4WD Obsession Noosa

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus bank or credit card fees). We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Expect your refund within two weeks of us receiving the returned package. This period includes transit time (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5 to 10 business days).

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.

Our refund policy does not apply to goods that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage and insurance costs unless the product is incorrect or defective.

We recommend returning the product via courier and pre-paying all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft, or damaged goods during transit. Therefore, we advise you to take out shipment registration or insurance with your postal carrier. 4WD Obsession Noosa is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if not insured.
