Shipping Policy for 4WD Obsession Noosa

Shipping Times

Shipping times can vary depending on the items ordered and their availability:

• Large Items: Up to 3 weeks for delivery.
• Bull Bars and Items with Fitment: These items can only be sent to our workshop for installation.
• Electrical Items: Some electrical items might have assembly times of up to 2 weeks before shipping.

Order Processing

We strive to process all orders promptly. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the items purchased. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to various locations. However, certain items, such as bull bars and items requiring fitment, are only shipped to our workshop for installation.

Shipping Price

Please note the calculated shipping price at checkout is for Metro Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Hobart. If you are outside of these areas, either contact us for a freight quote or we will call you prior to shipping for the extra charge.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain issues or carrier delays. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.
