Y62 Patrol Series 1–4 Predator Front Bar – Ready to Paint

Adding a winch-compatible front bar to an earlier Y62 should not mean hanging unnecessary weight from the front of the vehicle.

The DASH Predator Front Bar combines steel mounting brackets and an integrated winch cradle with a three-piece aluminium fascia. This places steel where structural strength is required while keeping the complete bar weight to approximately 45 kg.

Designed specifically for Series 1–4 Y62 Patrols, the bar replaces the factory bumper and provides an aggressive approach angle for touring, beach driving and track work.

Vehicle Fitment

• Ti and Ti-L models

Confirm the vehicle’s exact model and year before ordering. Ti-L owners should also confirm whether a radar relocation bracket is required for their vehicle.

Steel Where It Matters, Aluminium Where It Saves Weight

The mounting brackets and winch cradle are manufactured from steel to support the bar and compatible winch installations.

The external bar uses a three-piece aluminium fascia, helping keep the complete bar weight to approximately 45 kg without removing the steel structure required behind it.

The Predator Front Bar meets applicable ADR requirements.

Important Finish Information

This is the Ready to Paint version.

The bar is supplied raw and unfinished so it can be painted or colour coded to suit the vehicle. It is not supplied with a completed satin-black or textured-black finish.

A separately listed Roc-Coat textured-black version is available for customers who want a completed black finish without colour coding.

Lighting and Winch Setup

The wiring loom and Stealth 21-inch LED light bar are sold separately.

The supplied aluminium light-bar bracket is designed for the compatible LED light bar. Additional driving lights must be mounted using the steel accessory bracket rather than directly to the aluminium light-bar bracket.

The integrated steel winch cradle accepts a range of compatible winches. Confirm compatibility with your chosen winch before ordering.

Installation

Estimated fitting time is approximately 6–8 hours.

Factory fog lights and parking sensors may need to be transferred from the original bumper during installation. Exact requirements can vary between Series 1–4 models.
