EGR Flare End Caps to suit Offroad Animal Everest Next Gen bull bars (Toro and Predator)

Offroad Animal EGR Flare End Caps – Next Gen Ford Everest Bull Bars

These flare end caps tidy up the transition between 41mm EGR flares and an Offroad Animal bull bar on the Next Gen Ford Everest.

Without the inserts, the flare and bull bar can leave an awkward step where the two meet. This kit fills that transition so the flare finishes cleanly into the bar rather than stopping short of it.

Vehicle & Bull Bar Fitment

Designed for Ford Everest Next Gen 2022 to Present fitted with:

• Offroad Animal Toro Bull Bar, or
• Offroad Animal Predator Bull Bar
• 41mm EGR flares

The kit is specifically designed around EGR-branded flares. It may work with other flare systems of a similar profile, but compatibility with other brands is not confirmed.

Four-Piece Design

Rather than using a single cover at each corner, the kit uses separate inserts for the flare and bull bar sections on both sides of the vehicle.

This gives you:

• 1 x flare insert and 1 x bar insert on the RH side
• 1 x flare insert and 1 x bar insert on the LH side

Together they create a smoother transition between the wider flare and the bull bar.

Construction

The inserts are made from black nylon, keeping them lightweight and giving them a finish that works naturally with the surrounding flare and bar components.

What's Included

• 2 x RH black nylon inserts
  • 1 x flare insert
  • 1 x bull bar insert
• 2 x LH black nylon inserts
  • 1 x flare insert
  • 1 x bull bar insert
• 1 x double-sided tape kit

A small finishing part, but an important one if your Next Gen Everest is running EGR flares with an Offroad Animal Toro or Predator Bar and you want the two to meet properly rather than leaving a visible step.
