Offroad Animal Hidden Winch Mount – Jeep Grand Cherokee WL & L (2022–Present) – Overland

The Hidden Winch Mount adds proper self-recovery capability to the Grand Cherokee WL and L without putting a winch out in front of the factory bumper.

The winch sits behind the factory bumper, retaining the Grand Cherokee’s original front-end appearance while still providing access to the free-spool when recovery gear is needed.

Vehicle Fitment

Suits Jeep Grand Cherokee WL 5-seat and Grand Cherokee L 7-seat Overland models from 2022–Present.

Fitment to vehicles with the V8 engine has not been confirmed by Offroad Animal.

Winch Compatibility

The mount suits winches up to 12,000lb, including the Warn Zeon.

The winch is positioned behind the factory bumper, with provision to access the free-spool once installed.

A dedicated winch control-box mount is also included.

Recovery Point Compatibility

Unlike the Pre-Runner and Nudge Bars, the Hidden Winch Mount can be installed without front tow hooks or recovery points.

It can also be used with:

• Offroad Animal Recovery Points / Tow Hooks

• Genuine Jeep tow hooks

Compatible Front-End Accessories

The Hidden Winch Mount can be combined with compatible Offroad Animal WL/L products including:

• Pre-Runner Steel Front Bumper

• Tactical Nudge Bar

• Round Nudge Bar

This allows the winch system to remain hidden while adding additional front protection or accessory mounting if required.

Construction & Finish

The mount uses full steel construction and is:

• Zinc plated for corrosion protection

• Powder coated matte black

• Designed not to impede airflow

It is also listed by Offroad Animal as ADR compliant and airbag compatible.

Factory Bumper & Sensors

The system fits behind the factory bumper and is designed to retain operation of the vehicle’s parking sensors.

Number Plate

If the front number plate covers the winch access area, Offroad Animal recommends fitting a number plate flip bracket.

The number plate flip bracket is sold separately.
