Offroad Animal Scrub Rails & Rock Sliders – Mazda BT-50 Dual Cab (2021–Present)

The factory side steps on the BT-50 provide access into the cab, but they are not designed to take the sort of impacts that can occur around rocks, ruts and tight tracks.

This Offroad Animal setup replaces that vulnerable side-step arrangement with rock sliders and scrub rails designed for serious side protection, while still providing a practical step for everyday access.

Suits Mazda BT-50 Dual Cab models from 2021–Present.

Requires an Offroad Animal Toro Bull Bar.

Side & Sill Protection

The rock sliders protect the lower sill area from contact with rocks and other obstacles, while the scrub rails extend protection further along the side of the vehicle.

The design is intended to provide substantially more protection than the factory side steps while remaining useful as an everyday step.

30° Slider Angle

The sliders are angled upward by approximately 30 degrees, helping keep them tucked higher against the body for improved off-road clearance.

This also helps reduce the chance of the slider becoming a low-hanging contact point on uneven terrain.

Built-In Step

The steel step uses an extruded tread surface designed to provide useful grip when:

• Getting in and out of the cab

• Reaching a roof rack

• Accessing roof-mounted touring gear

Construction & Finish

The step uses steel construction and is finished in matte black powder coat as standard.
