Offroad Animal Rock Sliders Welded Assembly – Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series (2007–Present)

The sills and lower cab area on a 79 Series are exposed once the vehicle starts dropping into ruts, working over rocks or leaning into uneven ground. Factory steps are useful for access, but they are not designed to take the same sort of impact as a chassis-mounted slider.

These Offroad Animal Rock Sliders replace the factory step setup with a stronger welded assembly designed to protect the side of the vehicle while still giving you a proper step for everyday use.

Vehicle Fitment

Suits Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series models from 2007 to Present.

Chassis-Mounted Design

Heavy-duty steel brackets mount individually to the chassis and connect directly to the slider backbone.

This gives the slider its support from the vehicle chassis rather than relying on the factory side-step mounting arrangement.

30-Degree Upswept Profile

The sliders angle upward by 30 degrees, keeping the outside edge tucked higher against the vehicle.

That extra clearance helps when working through rocks, ruts and uneven tracks where a lower-hanging step can easily become the first thing to make contact.

Steel Tread Step

A steel tread step runs along the outside of the slider, giving you a usable surface for:

• Getting in and out of the vehicle
• Reaching roof-mounted gear
• Loading or securing equipment

The step uses an extruded tread pattern designed to provide better grip than a basic diamond-plate surface.

Supplied in matte black as standard.

Optional Brush Rails

Brush rails can be added if you want to extend the protection further along the side of the vehicle.

A scrub rail option is also available for facelift LandCruiser 79 Series setups.
