When Does Your Car Need a Regas?
Your car's air conditioning system relies on the correct amount of refrigerant to cool the cabin effectively. Over time, refrigerant levels can become too low for the system to operate efficiently, resulting in warmer air, slower cooling or inconsistent performance.
If your air conditioning is no longer as cold as it used to be, our technicians can inspect the system and determine whether a regas is required or whether another fault is responsible for the loss of cooling.
When an AC Regas Isn't Enough
If your air conditioning has lost refrigerant, simply recharging the system may not solve the underlying problem. Refrigerants do not normally disappear without a cause, so poor cooling may indicate a leaking hose or seal, condenser damage, compressor problems or another fault. We can inspect and diagnose the system before recommending the appropriate repair.
