EGR Flare End Caps to suit Offroad Animal Ranger RA bull bars (Toro and Predator)

Offroad Animal EGR Flare End Caps – Ford Ranger RA Bull Bars

These flare end caps tidy up the transition between EGR flares and an Offroad Animal bull bar on the Next Gen Ranger.

Without them, the flare can leave a noticeable step where it meets the bar. This kit fills that area so the flare and bull bar meet more cleanly at the front of the vehicle.

Vehicle Fitment

Suits Ford Ranger RA Next Gen models from 2022 to Present fitted with:

• Offroad Animal Toro Bull Bar, or
• Offroad Animal Predator Bull Bar
• EGR flares

The kit is designed specifically around EGR-branded flares. It may suit other flare systems with a similar profile, but compatibility with other brands is not confirmed.

Four-Piece Design

The kit uses separate inserts for the flare and bull bar sections on both sides of the Ranger.

This gives you:

• 1 x flare insert and 1 x bar insert on the RH side
• 1 x flare insert and 1 x bar insert on the LH side

Together they smooth out the transition between the wider flare and the bull bar.

Construction

The inserts are made from black nylon, giving them a simple finish that blends in with the surrounding flare and bar components.

What’s Included

• 2 x RH nylon inserts
  • 1 x flare insert
  • 1 x bull bar insert
• 2 x LH nylon inserts
  • 1 x flare insert
  • 1 x bull bar insert
• 1 x double-sided tape kit

A small finishing part, but useful if your Ranger is running EGR flares with an Offroad Animal Toro or Predator Bar and you want the front flare transition to look properly finished.
