Offroad Animal Hidden Winch Mount – Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 (2011–2021)

The Hidden Winch Mount gives the WK2 Grand Cherokee proper self-recovery capability without replacing the factory bumper or putting a winch out in front of the vehicle.

The winch sits neatly behind the factory bumper, keeping the Grand Cherokee’s original front-end appearance while still giving you access to the winch when you need it off-road.

Vehicle Fitment

Suits Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 models from 2011 to 2021, including:

• Laredo
• Limited
• Overland
• Summit

The mount is:

• ADR compliant
• Airbag compatible
• Compatible with factory parking sensors
• Suitable with the lower air-dam fascia fitted or removed

Winch Capacity

The mount suits winches up to 12,000lb.

An access point is incorporated into the setup so the winch free-spool can still be reached once everything is installed behind the bumper.

Adaptive Cruise Control

If your WK2 is fitted with Adaptive Cruise Control, Offroad Animal specifies that the vehicle must also be running the compatible Offroad Animal front bumper.

This allows the radar system to be accommodated correctly as part of the front-end setup.

Works with Other WK2 Protection

The Hidden Winch Mount is designed to work with other compatible Offroad Animal WK2 products, including:

• Tow points
• Pre-Runner front bumper
• Bash plate
• Nudge bar

That means the winch can be incorporated into a larger front-end protection setup rather than needing a completely separate mounting arrangement.

Construction & Finish

The mount uses full steel construction and is zinc plated before being finished in matte black powder coat.

Its position behind the bumper is designed to retain airflow through the front of the vehicle.

Number Plate

If the vehicle needs to retain a front number plate over the winch opening, Offroad Animal recommends using a number plate flip bracket for easier winch access.

Number plate flip bracket sold separately.
