Offroad Animal Predator Bull Bar – Ford Ranger Raptor (2018–2022)

The Predator suits the Raptor well because it gives you a proper steel front bar without loading a heap of unnecessary weight onto the front suspension.

It replaces the factory bumper, keeps the front end relatively open, and gives you proper provision for a winch, lighting and optional upper hoops while retaining the factory tow points underneath.

Vehicle Fitment

Suits Ford Ranger Raptor models from 2018 to 2022.

Weight & Front-End Fit

Around 34kg of factory components are removed during installation.

Offroad Animal lists the resulting net increase at only 19kg for the bar setup.

The Predator sits approximately 150–160mm forward of the grille, helping keep the front end compact compared with a traditional full-height bull bar.

Offroad Animal also reports an average front suspension drop of around:

• 2mm with the bull bar fitted
• Up to 5mm with the bar, winch and lights fitted

Winch Setup

The integrated winch cradle suits most low-mount winches up to 12,000lb, including the Warn Zeon.

The winch mounts feet-down and can be installed after the bar is already fitted, making later installation and maintenance much easier.

A winch control-box bracket and number plate flip are supplied.

Lighting Options

The centre of the Predator can take a single-row LED light bar up to 22 inches.

Each wing can retain the factory fog lights or be set up with:

• Up to 2 x cube lights per side
• Up to an 8" LED light bar per side

If you don't want to run a centre light bar, a matching front trim plate is supplied to close the opening.

Optional Upper Hoops

The Predator can also be fitted with Offroad Animal's bolt-on upper hoop options.

The Stealth Hoop can take a compatible 22" single-row LED light bar, while other hoop styles are available depending on the lighting and front-end setup you want.

Hoops and lighting are sold separately.

Underbody Protection

The Raptor version also includes 5mm aluminium bash plates, giving the lower front end additional protection without adding the weight of equivalent steel plates.

Construction & Finish

The Predator uses a one-piece welded steel construction with welded wing supports.

It is zinc plated before being finished in matte black powder coat, with colour coding also available.

Hi-lift jacking points are built into the bar.
