Offroad Animal Predator Bull Bar – Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series (MY08–2014)
The Predator is a full bumper replacement for the earlier 200 Series, built around the things most owners actually want to add to the front of the vehicle: a winch, recovery points and lighting.
It sits around 150–160mm forward of the grille, so you get the strength and mounting space of a steel bull bar without a large amount of extra bar hanging out in front of the vehicle. The factory bumper does not need to be cut for installation.
Fitment & Factory Equipment
Suits Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series MY08–2014.
The Predator is ADR compliant and airbag compatible, and works with the factory parking sensors and headlight washers.
If your 200 Series has a 360-degree camera, you'll also need the optional camera relocation kit.
Sahara owners wanting the optional Stealth Top Hoop should let us know when ordering, as a taller hoop is required to clear the radar mounted in the grille.
Winch & Recovery Setup
A winch cradle is built into the bar and suits most low-mount winches up to 12,000lb, including the Warn Zeon.
The winch mounts feet-down and, importantly, can be installed after the bull bar is already on the vehicle. That makes adding or accessing the winch later considerably easier than a setup where the whole bar needs to come back off.
The chassis mounts also incorporate 20mm steel tow hooks, with each recovery point rated by Offroad Animal to 4.5 tonnes.
Hi-lift jacking points are built into the bar, and a number plate flip is included for winch-equipped vehicles.
Lighting
The centre of the Predator accepts a single-row LED light bar up to 22 inches.
If you're not fitting a centre light bar, a cover plate is included to close the opening.
The optional Stealth Top Hoop can also carry a single-row light bar up to 22 inches, with Round Predator and Rally Hoop options available if you want a different upper-bar setup.
The factory fog lights do not fit this bull bar. The wing sections can instead be set up with compatible aftermarket fog lights, up to 2 cube lights per side, or an 8-inch LED light bar per side.
Lighting and optional hoops are sold separately.
Steel Construction
The Predator uses a welded one-piece steel bar with reinforced wings.
Material thickness varies through the assembly:
- 2mm steel mesh panels
- 3mm steel pan and wings
- 5mm steel mounts and winch cradle
The steel is zinc plated before being finished in matte black powder coat. Colour coding is also available.

Fitting
The Predator replaces the factory bumper without requiring the original bumper to be cut.
If you're adding a winch, lights, camera relocation kit or one of the hoop options, work out the complete setup before fitting so the bar can be assembled around what you're actually planning to run.
