Y62 Patrol S5 Predator Evolution Front Bar – Ready to Paint

Setting up a Series 5 Y62 for touring, beach driving or track work means balancing front-end protection, recovery capability, vehicle integration and added weight.

The DASH Predator Evolution Front Bar is built specifically for the Series 5 Patrol. It replaces the factory bumper with steel mounting brackets and an integrated winch cradle, while using a three-piece aluminium fascia to keep the complete bar weight to 52 kg before lights are fitted.

Its vehicle-specific design follows the Y62’s front-end shape and maintains the factory equipment owners still need, including the parking sensors, headlight washers and original fog lights. The bar is also designed around the vehicle’s radar system, although Ti-L models require the appropriate radar relocation bracket.

Built for Strength Without Unnecessary Weight

Steel is used for the mounting brackets and winch cradle, where structural strength matters. The external three-piece fascia is aluminium, reducing unnecessary front-end weight while retaining the strength required for the bar’s mounting and winch system.

The finished assembly weighs 52 kg without lights and has been ADR tested.

Important Finish Information

This is the Ready to Paint version.

The bar is supplied raw and unfinished so it can be painted or colour coded to suit the vehicle. It is not supplied with a finished black coating.

A separately listed Roc-Coat textured-black version is available for customers who want a completed black finish without colour coding.

Lighting and Winch Setup

The wiring loom and Stealth 21-inch LED light bar are sold separately.

The supplied aluminium light-bar bracket is designed for the compatible LED light bar. Additional driving lights must be mounted to the steel accessory bracket rather than directly to the aluminium light-bar bracket.

The integrated steel winch cradle accepts a range of compatible winches. Confirm compatibility with your chosen winch before ordering.
