Offroad Animal Toro Bull Bar – Toyota Tundra (2022–Present)

The Tundra is a big vehicle to begin with, so a bull bar does not need to make the front end unnecessarily bigger again.

The Offroad Animal Toro replaces the factory front setup with a full steel bar while adding only 85mm to the vehicle length compared with the standard bumper. It sits approximately 132mm forward of the grille and improves the approach angle by a listed 8 degrees, giving you the protection and mounting space of a full-height bar without hanging a huge amount of steel out in front of the vehicle.

The supplied fitting components also include dedicated brackets for the ACC radar and front camera.

Weight & Front-End Setup

Around 30kg of the factory bumper assembly is removed during installation.

Offroad Animal lists the resulting net increase at approximately 60kg.

The supplied bash plates are aluminium rather than steel, helping keep unnecessary weight out of the lower front-end protection.

Winch Setup

The integrated winch cradle is rated for winches up to 15,000lb and suits most common low-mount winches, including:

• Warn Zeon
• Runva 13XP
• Carbon 15K

The bar does not suit the Warn M12 Heavyweight or Warn 16.5ti.

The winch mounts feet-down and can be fitted after the bull bar has been installed, making later installation or servicing easier.

A number plate flip is included for winch-equipped setups.

Recovery & Jacking Points

The Toro includes 16mm high-tensile steel recovery points as standard.

Hi-lift jacking points are also built into the bar.

Lighting Options

The centre of the bar can take a single-row LED light bar up to 32 inches.

There is also plenty of room for additional lighting:

• 1 x 8" single-row LED light bar per wing
• Up to 2 x 2" cube lights per wing
• Up to 4 x 9" driving lights across the bar

The factory fog lights are not compatible with this bar.

Two LED indicators are supplied as part of the installation.

Steel Construction

The main bull bar is constructed from steel using a one-piece welded design with welded wing supports.

It is zinc plated before being finished in matte black powder coat.

Colour coding is also available.

Fitting

The Toro requires some vehicle trimming during installation:

• Grille cutting required
• Flare cutting required
• Factory bumper does not need to be cut

Because the bar also integrates the parking sensors, ACC radar, camera, indicators and front lighting setup, this is the sort of installation where it is worth working out the complete winch and lighting configuration before the bar goes on.
