Endrust Underbody Rust Proofing at 4WD Obsession Noosa
Protect your 4WD from moisture, salt, sand, mud and other corrosive elements with our professional Endrust underbody rust-proofing treatment.
Ideal for beach-driving, touring, work and coastal vehicles, our complete treatment uses two genuine Endrust products:
Heavy-Duty Underbody Protection
Endrust UB302B is a black, high-build bituminous coating applied to suitable underbody and chassis surfaces. Once cured, it creates a tough, durable barrier that helps protect vulnerable metal components against corrosion, water, weather, gravel and road debris.
The coating also provides good abrasion resistance and additional sound-deadening properties.
Internal Chassis and Cavity Protection
Endrust ML602 cavity wax is applied inside accessible chassis rails, cross-members and enclosed box sections. It is designed to coat internal surfaces that cannot be adequately protected by an external underbody coating alone.
Together, the underbody coating and cavity wax provide comprehensive protection for your vehicle’s underbody and chassis.
Suitable for Sunshine Coast Conditions
This treatment is particularly beneficial for:
-
4WDs used for beach driving
-
Vehicles exposed to coastal air and salt
-
Touring and off-road vehicles
-
Work utes and commercial vehicles
-
New and pre-owned 4WDs
-
Vehicles regularly exposed to sand, mud and moisture
Professional Preparation and Application
Before treatment, we assess the condition of your vehicle’s underbody, existing coatings, accessories and visible corrosion.
Mud, sand, salt residue and loose contamination must be removed before the Endrust products can be applied. Pre-owned vehicles, modified vehicles and vehicles with existing corrosion may require additional preparation.
The treatment is professionally applied at our Noosaville workshop using specialist equipment. Components that should not be coated are carefully masked and protected during the application process.
New vehicles generally require a minimum of approximately two days. Pre-owned or heavily contaminated vehicles may require three days or longer.
Full curing generally takes approximately three to five days. Avoid beach driving, water crossings and pressure cleaning until the treatment has fully cured and our team confirms that your vehicle is ready.
Protect Your 4WD
Rust proofing cannot completely eliminate the possibility of corrosion, but it can help slow the corrosion process and protect vulnerable areas of your vehicle.
Regular cleaning and inspections remain important, particularly after beach driving or exposure to salt water, sand and mud.
PLEASE NOTE: After your order or booking request is received, our team will contact you to confirm your vehicle details, assess any preparation requirements and arrange a suitable booking time. Additional preparation may incur an extra cost.
